We offer FREE delivery on all orders within the UK (ex Channel Islands). We aim to dispatch all orders same day if ordered by 12pm. (Monday - Friday). Delivery to UK is by Hermes 48 which is a 2-3 day service.
Our website automatically removes vat for orders delivered to Channel Islands. You must select Jersey/Guernsey from the country list at checkout for the VAT to be removed.
Delivery to the Channel Islands is £18 (inc vat) for up to 6 bikes.
Delivery to Southern Ireland is £18 (inc vat) for up to 6 bikes.

Delivery Terms & Conditions:
Once you place your order with us you will receive an automated confirmation email, please check this carefully and notify us immediately with any discrepancies. The delivery address can be different to the billing address, please ensure a contact phone number is supplied with all orders. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Returning Unwanted Goods:
We value our customers greatly and aim to provide the highest possible level of service. All returns must be pre-arranged with us.
If you purchase an item and decide you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit your requirements we offer a 30 day full refund period. Please note, the refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees incurred whilst returning the item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns. Returns made outside the 30 day period will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Unwanted items must be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging. All returns must be carefully packed. Please send all returns via a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Incorrect or Damaged or Faulty Goods:
We take great care in ensuring all orders are carefully packed. In the unlikely event a problem occurs please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All parts are guaranteed for 12 months. Please include a photo and an explanation of the problem/fault and we will resolve immediately by sending replacement parts. All returns of faulty/damaged/incorrect items must be pre-arranged with Nicko Toys.
